Getting Started
Once you have booked your holiday and you know where you are staying, come in and see us or give us a call to purchase a voucher. No money needs to change hands in Bali. The cost of your tour will depend on how many people are in the car. We can fit up to six adults, but if you have a large group, group prices can be organised.

Pick-up/Tour Guide
You will be picked up from the reception of your hotel around 9.00 am by our tour guide, Ketut, or one of his drivers. Ketut will already have an outline of what you want and will advise you of his plans, but please don't hesitate to change anything—we are happy to accommodate your wishes. All cars are air-conditioned, and cold water is available for all clients. We will return you to your hotel at approximately 5.00 pm.

Payment for Goods
Once you have decided on your purchases, you pay the supplier a deposit and Batu will have your items collected. Final payment is due when your goods are ready for collection. We will then notify you when the container has arrived in Sydney.

Select from our list, or give us an outline of what you are looking for. Unlike a lot of tours, we don't stick to a set route—we go to the places that offer what you're after. If you really don't know what you want, we will take you to see various manufacturers and shops. If you are travelling with a group of friends and you have a specific project in mind, such as your backyard and pool, while your friends want to shop for indoor furniture, it's best to split up.

Days go very quickly in Bali, and there's no point looking at goods you don't want. We can organise two cars and arrange for your group to meet for lunch, back at your hotel or at a supplier of common interest. This flexibility makes for very happy people, which is our ultimate aim—for you to be happy!
